The Cherrytree Group is excited to announce that these will be our last few weeks at 233 Needham St, Suite 510. We have called this office home for nearly 8 years now, but we are excited for our next journey!
Last year we purchased a beautiful Historic building at 287 Auburn St, Newton, MA, also known as the Miller Block Building. After months of construction, Cherrytree Group will be moving into our new office mid-July. The Miller Block Building is a 3-story historic building in the heart of Auburndale, a village in Newton. The 3rd floor is fully occupied, and the 2nd floor will be fully occupied by the Cherrytree Group. The first floor will be rental office spaces available in August! This stunning building will provide our office and tenants with a sparkling new work-space, fully restored and with amenities including a beautiful Kitchenette, shared conference space with video/audio capability, high-speed internet and updated HVAC and Data for all our tenants.
We are very lucky to have such a great team working with us, and would like to thank Epsilon, C2MG Builders, Total Temperature Control, and Ganek Architects for helping us rehab this historic building.
In addition to our upcoming move, we would also like to Congratulate Jack Robbins, our Federal Tax Credit Associate and Jessica Ryerson, our Director of First Impressions on their one year anniversaries. Jack Robbins, specializes in our Federal Historic and Renewable Energy tax credits. Jessica Ryerson, is dedicated to supporting our operations and is the friendly face who greets you up front! We are very lucky to have these two as they continue to grow with our company and help us reshape the tax credit industry.
